Cushman & Wakefield reported Tampa Bay's overall industrial vacancy rate holding at 7.4% in the second quarter of 2026, unchanged quarter over quarter. WareCRE reported asking rents of $12.69 per square foot in the first quarter of 2026, up 3.4% year over year. Tampa Bay's industrial market remains a supply-constrained market by national standards.
